5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Platform Fees

IRL Fans charges a 5% platform fee on all transactions. Additionally, payment processing fees charged by Stripe or other payment providers apply.

5.2 Payouts

To receive payouts, you must connect a valid Stripe account or other approved payment method. Payouts are subject to Stripe's terms and processing times. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.3 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your earnings on IRL Fans. We may be required to report your earnings to tax authorities.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Circumvent any security features
• Sell or transfer your account to another party

7. Intellectual Property

The IRL Fans platform, including its design, features, code, and trademarks, is owned by IRL Fans and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

IRL Fans integrates with third-party services including Stripe, Google OAuth, and cryptocurrency wallets. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

10. Disclaimers

IRL FANS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR SPECIFIC RESULTS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USER-GENERATED CONTENT OR INTERACTIONS BETWEEN USERS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRL FANS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IRL Fans from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

13. Dispute Resolution
